In this video Gary Craig demonstrates his version of Tapping. What I taught you in this episode is a high octane version of this same practice. It's important to watch this video just so you are familiar with the mechanics of the process. One thing that he does not do that I teach is to use each hand at each point. Tap under the left eye with the left hand at the same time you are tapping with the right hand under the right eye. The same for at the eyebrow point, sides of the eye, collar bone, and under the arm. For the single point areas like crown, center of forehead (which is a point he does not teach. This is something that I have learned from other sources to do to activate your Third Eye), under the nose and on the chin, alternate hands.   I changed the statement of intent and I changed the phrase that you say at each point to accomplish a much stronger response to this method.
